Upon successful completion of the course, students should be able to:
1. Define major concepts and theories related to communication; 2. Explore essence and implications of the Basic Communication Theory; 3. Explore the extent to which the “Medium Can be the Message”; and 6. Apply communication skills to strike a balance between personal differences and similarities.
