The Department of English hosts the Taster Programme series for secondary school students to experience learning English at the College and interact with teaching staff of the Department.
A 4-session Speech Writing and Public Speaking workshop was successfully held in August 2021. Based on the theme “Impact of influencers on the rise on the society”, the workshop aimed to enhance students’ speech writing and public speaking skills.
